Appointments and enquiries

Submitting an appointment request through the website does not by itself guarantee a confirmed slot. Final confirmation may be provided by the shop through WhatsApp, phone or in person.

Measurements and design references

Measurements and design images submitted or shared by customers are treated as references. Final fitting, construction details, fabric suitability and stitching requirements may need to be confirmed directly with the tailor before work begins.

Prices and delivery

Prices, completion dates and other order details depend on garment type, design complexity, fabric, alteration requirements and workload. Final details should be confirmed with the shop.

Customer responsibility

Customers should provide accurate contact information, measurements and instructions. Any important fitting or design requirement should be clearly communicated before stitching begins.

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google Calendar or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services are governed by their own terms.
